This elegant meringue-based cookie, made popular in Paris, requires a knowledge of method, technique amd patience but can be done in the home kitchen even if you are not a skilled pastry chef!


    This class is perfecty for novice bakers who want to learn a new skill as well as more experienced bakes seeking to master a new impressive dessert. 


    Join Chef Sharon Thompson, chef and owner of The Well-Dressed Cake (Penn Ave, West Reading) as she shares her expertise in guiding us through the process. This is a totally hands - on experience (not demo!) and each person goes home with a variety of macarons.
