Our Menu Consists Of:
- Japanese Sushi Maki Rolls – We can create avocado rolls, cucumber rolls, traditional California rolls, - whatever inspires you. You will learn how to make the traditional rolls as well as inside-out rolls to create a beautifully visual array of choices.
-Vietnamese Salad/Summer Rolls – Stuffed with shrimp, herbs, and served with a spicy peanut dipping sauce - so light and refreshing at any time of year!
- Steamed Dumplings (Shao Mai) – stuffed with pork, shrimp, herbs, and ginger. Served with Ginger Soy dipping sauce. These little pockets of deliciousness look like little flowers and will create an impressive dish on your party table.
