Our fish class will teach you all about the basics of fish cookery- how to buy, store, and prepare your favorites . An added bonus you will also learn the fine points of how to fillet a whole fish !
Eating fish is one of the best ways to maintain optimal health, but first you need to know how to maximize the the flavor and nutrients by using the best cooking methods. We're here to help!!
We will be using moisture cooking methods, including oven and stove top steaming, and poaching. We will also learn how and when to pan sear our catch of the day.
In addition, we will perfectly steam a bowl of light and fluffy basmati rice to round out our meal.
*PLEASE NOTE - EACH CLIENT WILL RECEIVE 4 OZ PORTION FOR 4 PREMIUM FISH CHOICES DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY AND SEASON. (EX: YOU WILL NOT FIND TILAPIA ON OUR MENU) HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THAT PROVIDING THAT QUALITY AND QUANTITY DETERMINES THE PRICE OF THIS CLASS.
