In this hands-on class, you’ll cook a beautifully balanced French menu inspired by our recent trip to Paris and our favorite brassiere where we ate many times!!

 

  • Poulet aux Morilles – tender chicken with a luxurious morel mushroom cream sauce (gluten free)
  • Pommes Anna – crisp, buttery layers of thinly sliced potatoes
  • Salade Lyonnaise – a bistro favorite of frisée, brioche croutons, and crispy pork lardons tossed in a warm vinaigrette
