Our menu:

Roquefort and Walnut Gougere - Seductive little cheese puffs enhanced by Roquefort and walnuts - a perfect nibble with a great burgundy wine, or even better with a bit of the bubbly which we will serve to you!


Salmon Rillettes -Elegant French spread perfect for fancy hor d'oeuvre! Typically made with pork, even easier when prepared with salmon. We will combine poached and smoked salmon, and creme fraiche, shallots, butter to create a spread that is rich in flavor and creamy in texture.


Dauphinoise Potatoes - Delicious and easy to make this classic French potato dish is similar to potatoes au gratin - but kicked up a notch - topped with Gruyere and baked till golden and bubbly - ooh lala!


Roasted Rack of Lamb Persillade with Red Wine Jus- Frenched rack of lamb coated with a light mixture of breadcrumbs, parsley and garlic. Served with a red wine sauce and reduced using homemade veal stock - this dish is sheer perfection just a fine as you would get in a 4 star fancy restaurant!


Steamed Haricot Verte with Gremolata - Thin French beans, a very nice accompaniment to the lamb.


Individual Chocolate Molten Cakes topped with Berries -  Of course we will conclude our feast with chocolate - bittersweet with a rich and chocolatey cake on the outside and a center of warm dark flowing chocolate. Topped with raspberries and strawberries - your Valentine will surely swoon over this dessert!
