-Chicken Papillotes with Cream and Mustard Sauce - you will create tender and flavorful chicken in parchment packet, a cooking method that seas in all the juices and flavors. A luscious cream and mustard sauce with be the magic adding depth to this exquisite but simple dish.

 

- MIni Stacked Potatop Gratins - French comfort food at its best - creamy thinly sliced potatoes baked to perfection.
